Tinted float glass is made by adding metal oxides into molten glass to give it the required colour. It absorbs approx. 30% to 45% solar radiation heat incident on the glass surface, depending on tint and thickness. It reduces the quality of heat flowing into the building, lessens coding-load on air conditioners and induces energy saving.

Our range of Clear float glass is made of molten glass which flows through tweel to tin bath and then to lehr. While floating through the molten tin, the glass under the works of gravity and surface tension becomes smooth and flat at both sides.
Clear float glass is transparent and offers a high visible light transmittance. These products are sourced from good quality float glass producers. Clear float is sold as cut-to-size or bulk form. Clear float is also available in laminated and toughened form.
Our float glass products are very high quality with perfectly flat, excellent optical performance, stable chemical capability and high mechanism intensity. There is no distortion/roller wave or other imperfections and it's able to be tempered and further processed. The clear float glass is also resistant to acid, alkali and corrosion. Reflective glass is manufactured by applying a metallic coating on one side of normal glass so that the glass reflects sunlight and reduces to a large extent the heat transmitted through it, making it ideal for air conditioned buildings. Apart from cutting down heat gain and glare, reflective glass gives an aesthetic mirror like appearance to building during day time, yet allows external light to enter inside.

Patterned or figure rolled glass is made by running molten glass over a patterned roller which reproduces the pattern on the glass. In addition to diffusing light and obstructing visibility from the outside, the figures soften the interior lighting.Figured roll glass is used to diffuse, not obscure, an object when viewing. The glass is also used as a popular decorative product.

Our range of Mirrors are of very fine quality. Made through a chemical sedimentation process. A specially treated silver sheet is coated on quality waveless float glass, followed by a sheet of copper, and then finished with two layers of paint for protection.
